24 hours after your purchase you'll get the first preview of your design. Then you can make any changes you want. When you're completly satisfied with your portrait we'll send it to your e-mail or ship it to the adress you have given us.

No problem :) You'll get a preview of your design in the next 24 hours and you have unlimited rounds of changes until you're 100% in love with your design.

Once approved by you, these are the standard delivery times:
- Digital File/Print Yourself- max 8 hours;
- Prints and Canvases- 4 to 13 days, depending on the carrier used in your country.
