24 hours after your purchase you'll get the first preview of your design. Then you can make any changes you want. When you're completly satisfied with your portrait we'll send it to your e-mail or ship it to the adress you have given us.

Once approved by you, these are the standard delivery times:
- Digital File/Print Yourself- max 8 hours;
