Delivery and Shipping Details
Once you approve your final design, the work will be sent to physical production and will be processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
The delivery times are 24 hours for Print Yourself Option and 4-13 working days for unframed and framed prints and canvases (depending on your location and the carrier delivery times during holidays).
