Can I see my design before you ship it?
You will get a preview of your design 24 hours after your purchase so you can make any changes you want completely free of charge. You can have as many change rounds as needed for your design to be perfect. 😊
My hair is not listed. What do I do?
Get in touch with us through chat, which is available 24/7, by e-mail or through any of social media accounts to let us know what kind of hair you need.
I can't see my pet on the photos. Do you have more options?
We are always adding more elements to our lists so our customers can have exactly what they need. But if you can't see the animal or the color you want, you can either describe it to us in the personalization box or send us a picture through chat or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can replicate it for you.
I need a specific object to be on the design that is not on the accessories list. Can you put on the portrait?
Yes, we can. Just let us know in the personalization box what element you need and we'll make sure to include it on your design.
Can I use children's hair on women or man?
Yes, you can.
How do I know that all my codes are correct?
Once you get your first preview with the codes you provided earlier, you will understand if they are correct and if you want to make any changes. We don’t make it final until it’s perfect for you.

If you want the final product to be delivered at your door or at someone else’s door without having the hassle to print it at home or go to your local print shop, this is the way to go: get a Premium Print, unframed or with a wooden frame or a classical Canvas.
Can I have a different size to what is offered in the drop-down menu?
Yes you can. Please contact us for the size that you would like.
In case I order a Physical Product, can it be delayed by customs?
That will not happen as we have a printing and delivery partnership which has print shops in many countries that allows us to choose the facility closer to your address.
When can I expect to receive my portrait?
If you order a print yourself version, you will get a preview within 24 hours of your purchase. If you order a physical product, it usually takes from 4-13 working days, depending on your location and the carrier delivery times during holidays.
Do you have a fast shipping option?
Yes, we do. If you would like your physical product to be delivered faster please message us so we can provide you the correct value and delivery times as it depends on the postal service for that specific country.
